On February 23, 2019, The Sant Nirankari Mission Toronto Branch,
through collective effort was able to donate 9,502 pounds of non-perishable food items to Brampton Knight’s Table.
This organization is a platform that serves and empowers vulnerable members of our community by providing food and access
to resources in a safe environment through volunteerism. The food drive was held in the month of February 2019 to
commemorate and pay tribute to the teachings of Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj, who spent his life dedicated to the service
and well-being of mankind. Inspired by his pious life, the volunteers of the Sant Nirankari Mission, dedicated their
time and effort to raise money and awareness for the food drive. The volunteers bought, sorted, and packed the food items for donation.
The Sant Nirankari Mission would like to thank the volunteers and the members of the congregation for their combined effort
to make this initiative a success.
