At the time of cremation Rev. Gobind Singh made a short prayer to Nirankar satguru to give enough strength to his loved ones to bear the loss and imbibe the virtues lived by him. The sangat had his last darshan amidst chanting of simran.

Rev. Beant Singh ji
spent his early years in Bhopal, India. At age of 35 he was blessed with God-knowkedge by Rev. Roop Lal. The God-knowledge brought about a complete change in his life. He believed that he must spread the revolution which had taken place in his life on realising God. He was very much involved in arranging sangats & gathering people all over the places in Bhopal & surrounding areas especially remote villages where he extensively travelled on bicycle without caring for his health. He was an energetic & enthusiastic saint having full faith in Nirankar Satguru. He became Parmukh of the sangat in Bhopal in year 1960 and was awarded permission to reveal the knowledge of God to seekers.

When he came with his
wife to USA in year 1991 in the City of Minneapolis he did not lag behind in spreading the Mission message. He and his wife sustantially helped to organizing sangat in Minneapolis. Unfortunately his wife left for her eternal abode in year 1993. With permission of HH Baba Ji he moved from Minneapolis to live in California in year 1994. For next four years he first helped to organize sangats in Yuba City & then in Richmond.
He kept serving day & night to preach the ideology of the Mission. Unluckily he got a jolt in his health by a paralytic stroke that he had in middle of the year 1998. He was shifted back to Minneapolis late in November for treatment & was admitted in Augustana nursing home. Several saints who visited Minneapolis from time to time would go to visit him & to pray for his recovery. His Holiness & pujya Mata Ji & Pujya Rajmata Ji also visited to bless him. The saints of Minneapolis frequently visited him to enquire about his health & prayed for his health in the sangat.

To pay homage to the departed soul, a memorial sangat was arranged on January 13, 2008 in the hall of Senior Citizens Building where Rev. Beant singh along with his wife had been residing on arrival to USA. Besides local saints, his granddaughter along with her husband, Rev. Mrs. & Rev. Mr. Gobind singh, REv. Mrs, Rana Kalra from Chicago & Rev. sister Prem Kohli, a senior member of the Executive committee of the Mission in USA especially attended the sangat. The gatherg was of more than 50 saints. The sangat was presided by Rev. sister Kohli & stage was conducted by Anoop kumar(Bharat). Many saints gave him tributes by speaking on his life that difficulties, pain & sufferings of physical illness could not shake his faith in Nirankar Satguru. After devotional songs, speeches & manglacharan Rev. sister Kohli addressed the sangat.

Rev. sister Kohli emphasised that inspired by his life one should tread the path of truth to strengthen his devotion. One should not feel content with the God-knowledge but should constatly endeavour to imbibe virtues of love, humbleness, broadmindedness & respect to others. When vision of Nirankar is bestowed to an individual he gains inner light to treat all as his own. Discarding lust of material possessions one shold uphold human values. By completing surrendering one self to God one should be worry-free & ego- free. Always thinking positively without wordly feeling of negative character one should have attitude of gratitude to God. Bliss of next world can be ensured by living a righteous life in this world.

The sangat was concluded with simran & langar was offerred by his relatives & local sangat.

With deep regard & loving dhan nirankar to members of your family, Trivani & holy sadh sangat.
