Minneapolis St Pauls His Holines

Minneapolis St Pauls His Holiness Baba Ji Visit 2006
On the 18th August 2006 His Holiness Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj arrived in the twin city of Minneapolis St Pauls to a warm welcome by the awaiting Sadh Sangat. The travelling group were escorted to the house of a local devotee where His Holiness took his lunch and gave his blessings.

There was an elderly lady who sat in waiting to receive holy Darshan and her reaction when she saw her spiritual master was quite overwhelming. Observing this reaction, one could clearly see the love which flowed between her and the master-quite unique, and she commented that she had been awaiting his arrival for quite some time.

His Holiness Baba Ji thereafter went to visit a devotee who was in hospital after which he was to attend the Satsang that had been organised in The Community Center in Richfield.

Martin J Kirsh the Mayor of Richfield was in attendance to honour and welcome His Holiness Baba Ji and Pujya Mata Ji at this event.

In his discourse Baba Ji spoke upon the nature of God formless Nirankar being all pervading, having no beginning and no end and being in all places. Baba Ji said that this Nirankar has no age. Therefore, it was not born and will not die. It is not like the temporal objects of this creation, like one can count the age of trees or the age of the mountains but as this God Formless Nirankar was not born He will not die and is beyond all ages.

Further talking about the life of devotees, His Holiness commented that this Nirankar is in a state of oneness and a devotee connects with Him in order to seek His support at all times and he does not get tired of singing his praise. The intention of the devotee is always that as on an ocean bed there is so much sand, but he is unable to praise this Nirankar one spec of that sand in terms of placing a degree of value.

His Holiness went on to advise that if you cease to love you cease to live and that to prove your love to God one is required to love his fellow man.  If you love human beings it is clear and apparent evidence that you love God.

Commenting again on true religion he suggested that there is only one religion that is the religion of humanity. He clarified that we should be good humans first and then after that we are to take our roles in society. There can only be one universal religion which is that of humanity and to bring this religion into action one is required to learn about the reality of our existence.
