Spiritual Tour 10th-15th Aug 2011 - REPORT


On Wednesday, August 10th 2011 Member-In-Charge for Foreign Affairs and Sewa Dal, Sant Nirankari Mandal - Rev H L Arora Ji arrived in Melbourne, Australia accompanied by
Rev Purshotam Lal Ji. They were warmly welcomed at the airport by the local committee members and Sewa Dal.

A welcome congregation was arranged the same evening where Mr Alan Tudge MP, Federal Member for Aston welcomed the touring party at Melbourne Satsang Bhawan, Rowville and praised
the ongoing community activities performed by mission. Addressing the congregation Rev Indar Jit Ji Pramukh, SNM Melbourne formally welcomed Rev H L Arora Ji and Rev Purshotam Lal Ji on behalf of
Melbourne committee and sadh sangat. Rev Purshotam Lal Ji shared many inspiring true stories in the congregation to strengthen the faith of all devotees on god-knowledge blessed upon us by His Holiness.
In his postulation Rev H L Arora Ji clarified the fact that congregation is only true and authentic if performed according to His Holiness. He further stated that Lord Master is like a Director and devotees
are like actors, if we perform our act exactly according to the director then we are winners and Baba Ji showers full blessings on us.

On Saturday, August 13th 2011 a Sewa Dal Rally was organised which comprised of PT, Marching Geet, Cultural activities and games performed by local Sewa Dal and Bal Sangat.
SNM Australia Executive Committee and local committee members addressed the rally as well and Rev H L Arora Ji clarified in his postulation that Sewa Dal policies and procedures are same for India and
overseas just as Gyan (God-Knowledge) is one globally. He stressed that Sewa Dal duties are blessed and should not be chosen with self-interests and quoted �Beggars can not be Choosers�

On Sunday, August 14th 2011 Mukti Parv Samagam (Spiritual Liberation Day) was celebrated at Melbourne Bhawan where saints from various states of Australia participated and shared their views on
Spritual Liberation. Mr Nick Wakeling � MP (Parliamentary Secretary for Health, Victoria) formally welcomed Rev H L Arora Ji alongwith Rev Purshotam Lal Ji on behalf of �Premier of Victoria� and
�Multicultral Minister�. He spoke about Melbourne Sewa Dal�s contribution towards Blood Donation, Clean Up Drives and other community welfare activities. Mr Ahmed Hamad � Community Relations
(Aus Red Cross Blood Service
) presented SNM Melbourne with a �Certificate of Appreciation� for ongoing Blood & Plasma Drives. Mr Rakesh Kawra � Vice Consul (Consul General of India, Melbourne)
represented Consul General and shared his kind feelings for nirankari saints performing their sewas here in Melbourne. Cr Darren Pearce � Knox City Councillor also welcomed touring saints and shared
his happiness for saints� contributions to community work here in his council. Rev Purshotam Lal Ji guided all youth to keep up the energy blessed by His Holiness and be positive always. We have to follow the
teachings of Baba Ji with no ifs or buts and never loose the right direction. He even conducted a special spiritual knowledge session with Bal Sangat after discourse.

In his postulation to the congregation Rev H L Arora Ji stated that 15th August is Independence Day in India and we should always remember that gaining Independence was one thing but maintaining
it is another. We were given this as a gift but the question is �What they have given us and what we will pass in return..?� We must live in co-existence, love and harmony. He spoke about meaning of GOD
and clarified that True Master is the one who solves our problem of birth and death. He further quoted Mahatama Gandhi �You can win enemy with Love�. Baba Ji is teaching us to
�Love all and Hate none as no one is anyone�s enemy.' Rev H L Arora Ji mentioned about the Cleanliness Drive arranged by Sewa Dal in India when council cleaning employees went to strike.
Baba Ji and Pujya Mata Ji personally monitored the entire community cleaning event. Rev H L Arora Ji concluded by emphasising that we are all students of Baba Ji no matter what and that
�I feel proud of my Lord Master, Mission and all saints� for performing selfless services everywhere.�

Rev H L Arora Ji and Rev Purshotam Ji were given warm farewell by local organisers and saints as they proceeded to Perth on Monday, August 15th 2011 continuing their spiritual tour.
