On Sat - 23rd Feb, Sant Nirankari Mission Melbourne (SNMM) organised

by the Victorian State Government to develop existing Driveway and Kitchen facilities.

congratulated the efforts of all volunteers and their support towards local community welfare.

Cr Joe Cossari
& Cr Darren Pearce (Knox City Council),
Marta Marot (Chairperson, Multicultural Harmony Festival) and

community welfare activities especially Blood Donations and Clean Up drives.

Driveway project works started and completed in mid-2012 and then Kitchen works
started towards the end of 2012 and completed in February 2013.

Kitchen would be a real example to reflect the efforts and hard work of the volunteers
of the mission how the government funds can be utilised to the best of its use.
This level of project would cost more than double of its cost
without the in-house participation in all facets of the project works.
SNMM awarded trophies to these Volunteers families to honour their selfless services and also recognised the Builder (Mr Ibraim) & Project Manager (Mr Kerry).

This is one of the main annual events of the mission and its dedicated to the volunteers.
Various performances plus activities involving Youth, Women and Kids were organised on this day
by local members. All the members celebrated this great local community achievement.

Following the guidelines of His Holiness Baba Ji,
Hundreds of Nirankaris participated in Clean Up Australia Day
on 2nd March 2013 along with local community members.
