With the blessings of His Holiness Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj, Sh Amrik Singh Ji ( IAS Retd),
Secretary � CPAB SNM
and his wife Shmt. Gurmeet Kaur Ji visited Melbourne branch from
8th May � 14th May, 2010 during their spiritual tour to Australia.

SNM Melbourne members along with Rev. Indar Jit Ji (Pramukh) greeted the couple at the airport
who were then welcomed at the Rowville Bhawan congregation by Sewadal volunteers and
Mr Darren Pearce � Councillor, Knox City Council

Cr Darren who is a regular supporter of our mission appreciated the teachings and efforts of our
mission towards Human Unity. He was very much influenced by the words of Rev. Amrik Ji
and after the congregation he joined them at community meal.

Sewadal Sanchalak, Rev. Sunny Duggal Ji managed all tour arrangements and congregations with
support of Rev. D K Tuli Ji and Rev. Avinash Ji (Committee members).

A special English Samagam was organised on Sunday, May 9 where more than 300 members
attended to seek blessings of Rev. Amrik Ji. Saints arrived from Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane to
jointly promote the message of Peaceful co-existence along with Rev. Ram Chand Ji from Patiala.

Hon Nick Wakeling � Member of Parliament for our electorate welcomed
Rev. Amrik Singh Ji and his wife to Australia on behalf of the Victorian Parliament.
He donated a gift hamper to Melbourne volunteers for their ongoing commitment
to community welfare such as Clean Up Aus Day, Blood Donation and more.

Mr Nick MP was greeted by Rev. Shashi Grover Ji (Vice President, SNM Aus) and
Rev. Harbhajan Panchhi Ji (Exec Member, SNM Aus) who specially travelled to join saints here.

Rev. Amrik Ji thanked Mr Nick with special gift of mission�s literature and appreciated his time
to attend this congregation. Mr Nick was very much impressed by unifying thoughts shared by
Rev. Amrik Ji and praised mission�s teachings of Peace very much.

SNM Melbourne is organising an exclusive Blood Donation drive on May 16 at the Blood Centre.
Mr David Macdermott - Community Relations, Aus Red Cross Blood Service
attended the congregation for first time and was very pleased by Rev. Amrik Ji�s words of wisdom.
He welcomed donors for coming Sunday's donations and appreciated the immense support
of the mission towards Blood Donation globally. He shared his experience with Rev. Amrik Ji
who further explained the teachings of Baba Ji �Blood in viens, Not in drains�.
Mr David stayed back after congregation and joined the couple for community lunch.

Rev. Amrik Ji explained in his vichar that human eyes can only see materialistic things around
but to be able to see God, eyes of mind are blessed by True Master of the time.
Ignorant people are in the journey to realise God but Nirankaris are at the goal itself.
Saints stressed on the use of holy Avtar Bani in the daily lives of Nirankaris.
Teachings of holy masters are listed in this bani for all members to read and improve their lives.
Volunteers are suppose to perform service as per the teachings of Baba Ji
and continue to do the same without any limits.

It was for the first time ever that Melbourne branch had organised an English samagam
of this scale and visiting saints congratulated the local members for the success of this event.

Another valuable contribution of the touring saints was the Gyan sessions held at mostly all saints�
residences during charan blessings. Rev. Gurmeet Ji held a special Kids Gyan session
at the bhawan to explain better and answer doubts of many children.
Also, Rev. Adarsh Ji � Sewadal Shikshak very efficiently arranged sewadal teams
at all events which contributed to a successful tour.
