18th Blood & Plasma Donation - 30 Oct 2011

Sant Nirankari Mission, Melbourne held it's 18th Blood & Plasma Donation Drive
at Australian Red Cross Blood Service (ARCBS) - Mount Waverley, Melbourne on 30th Oct 2011.
This donation drive was exclusive and collectively organised by SNM Melbourne and ARCBS.

Cr Joe Cossari (Councillor - Knox City Council)
shared his support by visiting donors who donated Blood & Plasma at the donor centre on the day.
Cr Joe was very much impressed by the generous efforts of mission's volunteers.

Mr Ahmed Hamad (Community Relations Officer � ARCBS) greeted and appreciated SNM members
who volunteered to take on various roles like registration process, refreshment area and more...

The donation drive was a great success with 24 Blood and 14 Plasma units donated successfully.
First time ever one volunteer donated Platelets which are very valuable to Blood Service.
With as many as 100+ members attending and registering online,
mission proved itself again as a dignified community always ready to help others.

The motive of this drive was to spread the message of His Holiness Baba Hardev Singh Ji
encouraging people to work for the welfare and not destruction.
