With the blessings of Satguru Mataji, SNM Toronto organized a Senior Appreciation Event at the Bhawan on Saturday,
January 26th. The youth greeted the elder saints from Toronto Sangat with a rose at the entrance of the Bhawan followed by a
sumptuous langar that was both prepared and served by the youth. This was then followed by an hour-long session that
was attended by over 30 senior saints. The objective behind this session was for the younger saints to glean from the
experiences of their elders while also gaining a deeper understanding on how their lives were impacted after God realization.
At the end of the session the younger saints delivered coffee mugs with the inscription “Wisdom of the old in concert with the
enthusiasm of the youth” as a token of their appreciation and love for the senior saints. The event was very much appreciated by
the elders who were moved by the service and enthusiasm of the youth. We seek Satguru Mataji’s blessings to make this a regular
feature in our scheduled events in Toronto.
