A video discourse of Nirankari Rajmata ji was also played during this samagam. Some of the key points in Rajmata Ji’s discourse included the importance of realizing God and reaping the fruits of surrendering to the Formless God. Rajmata ji stated, “idhar jhuk gaye to Khudha mil jayega” (Once you bow before the True Master, you shall attain the Formless God). She further quoted an example highlighting the importance of humility by stating that if one is trying to drink water from a tap, it is necessary to bend down and fold one’s hands to quench one’s thirst. Similarly, it is imperative that we fully surrender our ego to reap the true benefits of God-realization. Another key point from Her discourse included an example of a farmer sowing one seed to feed his family and achieving an exponential harvest. This analogy exemplifies the ripple effect one’s actions can have.
In the end Her Holiness Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj blessed the ladies Samagam through an audio discourse. Satguru Mata ji acknowledged the past and present inequality that women have faced but She added that as women become more empowered, there is a greater degree of responsibility that needs to be exercised. Her Holiness further acknowledged the significant role of women in society. She stated when kids witness the devoted (Gursikhi) behavior personified in a household, the kids then learn those qualities by themselves. Satguru Mata ji further said that while the world is working on legal, economic and political equality, as members of the Satguru's family, we should imbibe the God Knowledge in such a way that the 'Mehak' (fragrance) of the God Knowledge constantly accompanies us. Her Holiness reminded that “our life may be the only Bible some people read” and hence it is our hence it is our responsibility that our life should be a reflection of the teachings of the Mission and Satguru.
