Visit to Ahmediya’s - November 2023

On November 25th,2023 Mukesh Ji, Gurmeet Ji, Param Ji and Amar Ji attended the Adhemdiya's 40 Years annual event which was successfully organized by the Ahemdiaya team. The event brought together major dignitaries including the mayor and Parliament members who spoke about their contributions to the community.

During the introductory session, the Ahmediya community emphasized on having doctors, scientists, and engineers serving in Australia as well as branches across Australia with around 7,000 members. They also highlighted their involvement in giving back to communities especially during COVID times. Stephen Bali, among other dignitaries, praised them for all their efforts from time to time especially during Covid peak wherein they provided premises for the testing.

Moreover, the Ahmediya community members participate with Sikh community games and celebrate Australian Day as well as have a high tea day to sell ornaments and raise money for cancer.

The dignitaries were appreciable of the Ahemdiyan community's contributions to Australia and commended their values of 'Love for all and hatred for none' and being 'Loyal to this country and freedom for the practice of religion.' Additionally, one of the MPs promised to release funds to create more mosques for communities' benefit owing to their commitment to serve selflessly.

In nutshell, it was a successful event that showcased the Ahmediya community's contributions to Australia.
