Clean Up Australia Day

The Sydney Branch of Sant Nirankari Mission has been participating in Clean Up Australia day for over 10 years now. We again participated in Clean Up Australia day on 05 March 2017.

About 50 volunteers of the mission helped in cleaning up the streets adjacent to our Congregation Hall at 166 Glendenning Road, Glendenning, NSW 2761.This included cleaning up of Glendenning Road all the way to Power Street and cleaning up of stretch of Lamb Street between Glendenning Road and Owen Street.

Prior to 2012 the congregation hall of Sant Nirankari Mission Sydney Branch used to be in Marsden Park on the Richmond Road. At that time our volunteers used to clean up the stretch of Richmond Road between Rooty Hill Road North and Garfield Road. These volunteer activities are taken up cheerfully by the followers of the mission as we complete espouse with the philosophy “Cleanliness is next to Godliness” and are aligned with the directions of our “True Master”. Internationally, Sant Nirankari Mission is taking up cleanliness drive in several countries. As an example, we have been allocated the responsibility of keep clean 40 of the busiest inter-state train stations in India.
