‘Empowering Young Minds with the Support of Understanding Parents’.

26th June, Mumbai: A thought-provoking Balak-Palak Seminar was organized at the Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Dadar, on 21st June, 2025, Saturday between 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm aiming to foster deeper understanding and communication between children and their parents. The seminar witnessed enthusiastic participation of about more than 250 Kids and Parents creating a vibrant environment of shared learning and mutual respect.

The session emphasized the importance of open dialogue, emotional support, and trust in nurturing a child's growth in today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world. Various topics such as managing peer pressure, academic stress, digital habits, and developing moral values were covered through interactive talks, role-plays, and experience-sharing. Spiritual insights were also shared, highlighting how values like humility, gratitude, and compassion can be cultivated in children when guided by spiritually aware parents. The speakers, including experienced educators and counselors from Sant Nirankari Mission, Rev. Rajendra Thorat ji, Rev. Vrushali Shenoy ji, and Rev. Suhas Patil ji stressed the need for parents to listen patiently and understand the evolving needs of the younger generation.

The seminar concluded with a collective resolution to build more harmonious homes, where both Balak (children) and Palak (parents) grow together with empathy and mutual understanding.
