Mumbai, April 26th 2022: Blood should flow in veins and not in drains. A message that is being propagated since the martyrdom of the former spiritual head of Nirankari Mission, Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji Maharaj. On April 24, 1980 though his mortal body was silenced by the miscreants opposing to the mission's teachings, but the mission itself and it's teachings have only flourished to new heights. This day is observed as Human Unity Day (Manav Ekta Divas) every year by the devotees of the Nirankari mission. Blood donation drives were held at several places pan India and will continue to be organised in every Nirankari bhavan. Wherein thousands of devotees as well as others volunteered to donate blood, keeping alive the practice of social welfare and taking forward the teachings of Baba Gurbachan Singh ji Maharaj. Thus, Satsang programs were held to pay homage to all the devotees and imbibe teachings from their life in 15 sectors across Mumbai. The life inspiring instances from such saints was delivered in the form of speeches, holy songs, poems by the youth, children and the elderly with the same zeal. The message of truth and oneness has always been opposed in it's time. But that has and will never deter the Messiah or the messenger of the eternal truth to spread the message of love, oneness, equality and such pious thoughts to everyone equally. At the same time the devout followers of the truth too have proved their devotion by sacrificing their lives for the teachings of mission. The exemplary life of Chacha Pratap Singh ji is one of the many examples in the mission that continue to inspire each and everyone to this day.
