Mumbai, 30th Sept 2018: Thoughts which attack human brain at the rate of 60,000 to 70,000 thought per day, make his life miserable and restless. Filtering out negative thoughts is the key toward blissful life.

Above mentioned thoughts were shared by Sant Nirankari Mission's youth proponent from Delhi, Shri. Rakesh Mutreja ji at Zonal level English Medium Congregation organized at Chembur.

Around 2000 devotees from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Ulhasnagar enthusiastically participated in the congregation.

Shri. Rakesh ji further said that today youth are fallen prey to mobile addiction, this virtual world fills his mind with negativity and leads to mental ailment. Thus the digital detox is today's need and negative thought can only be filtered out spiritually through God remembrance. It helps youth to refrain from virtual world and increases his spiritual, intellectual and emotional quotient.

Youth actively participated in the congregation and shared their thoughts through speech, spiritual song, poetic symposium. Holy verses from Hardev Bani and Avtar Bani created a blissful environment. Youth also actively participated in the quiz competition organized, based on the life of Baba Gurbachan Singh ji.

Zonal incharge of Mumbai Shri. Bhupinder Singh Chugh Ji ‘Dilvar ji’ expressed his sincere gratitude toward present devotees. He also expressed his gratitude toward Shri. Rakesh ji by presenting a bouquet. Smt. Sarabjeet Shauq ji (Additional Zonal Incharge) welcome and greeted Smt. Shalu Mutreja ji, wife of Rakesh Mutreja ji by presenting a bouquet.
