HUMANISM Articles

By Aanchal Mahajan Meshram

Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism; Sikhism, Christianity and Muslims;
This is the world where we are born; This is the place where it all begins.
A tiny little sunshine, In the dark sky;
A ray of happiness, A hope of joy.
But,

There were no chances, There were no hopes;
Those were the days, when we all forgot,
Our belonging and our believes.
Went to the church, And to the temple;
Prayed to Allah, and to Ram.
All our prayers, were answered so soon;
So we were blessed, With a pretty little moon.
That very moment, we realised,
gave him the caste, Religion and past
the way we live, the life and belief
To the community, he belongs after all.
Poor little soul, Was happy to role;
But was gifted, With burden of all.

Clock was ticking , Time was flying;
Foundations were growing, Building so strong.
There came a day, full of fights,
Fight for the status
Fight for the share
Fight for the rights
Fight for spares.
The little sunshine, was made aware;
The part of his fight, the big role player.

Confused little child, was wandering for a while
When he met, the Holly Devine.
O'my child, what is the confusion;
Come my son, Lets complete the mission.
Lets shower the light, Lets go and face;
Lets wake all the souls, in place with light.
There are some lessons, you needed to learn;
Not always we teach, We got to earn;
The lesson of oneness, love and fond.
There is no religion, There is no caste;
All are the children, Of one mighty lord.
'What are you talking about?' The child replies
Its against the lessons, I must abide.

Oh my child, the world has been harsh;
Harsh enough, to reveal the love.
You were so innocent, charm of all
Blessing of the universe, smile and trawl.
They didn't understand the secret after all;
Though they struggled, and served them all.
The lessons are hard, The teachings are strong;
The concept is same, Behind one and all.
Still we are confused, Still we divide;
And still keep thinking, We're different from all.
The day you understand, One in all;
The simplicity of, oneness in all;
The day you understand, The real concept;
The concept of human, The religion of all.
That would be the day, When you'll be strong;
Strong enough to believe in all;
And would understand, the secret behind;
The secret of love, The secret of life.

Respect one God and burn another mosque?
Will that bring, peace in all?
Respect your brothers, Respect your sisters;
Respect the light, Inside each life.
Now is the time, to respect human race;
To follow humanism, To respect his Grace.
