If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other.
On Sunday, January 8, 2017 the weekly congregation in Delhi was held in Samagam Ground No.8, Burari Road. Thousands of devotees of the Sant Nirankari Mission from Delhi and Greater Delhi attended despite very cold weather. Addressing the congregation, Her Holiness Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj said:
“Saints, two days ago I got an opportunity to visit a saint’s house in Colombo in Sri Lanka. There were not many families who had received God-knowledge but they had invited their relatives and friends in large number. I had an opportunity to discuss with them the Mission and what Baba Ji sought to teach us. Baba Ji’s vision of ‘a world without walls’ and his message of Oneness were discussed in detail which took quite some time.
I told them that Baba Ji always taught us that the day every human being understands that all are the creation of one and the same Almighty God, the walls of all kinds will break automatically. Are these walls we have erected in our minds are made of glass. We can very well see across them but cannot reach each other. Nor do we want to reach. We erect these walls due to ego and petty differences. We just do not want to resolve our problems with love and the spirit of forgiveness even where it is possible. This is so because nobody is ready to seek forgiveness and to forgive.
In these circumstances, if we keep the teachings of Baba Ji and this Mission in mind, they will create in our hearts love and respect for all. And we shall be able to take Baba Ji’s message of ‘a world without walls’ further.
Saints, a few days back, you heard about a bomb blast at the airport in Florida in USA. Due to this, about 17-18 saints from our Mission belonging to Toronto got stranded. When one of our lady saints in Florida came to know, she brought them all to her residence. This is what Baba Ji taught us. On the one hand we have people who cause a bomb blast and on the other hand we have such Mahapurushas! So, Saints, let us pray for the day when we are able to reach this message to one and all that every human being has the spark in him or her of the same divine flame and the entire universe is the creation of One - the Almighty Nirankar!”
Participating in the Satsang programme, Rev. Raj Kapoor Advocate(Supreme Court) said that Satguru is always perfect. It would, therefore, not be correct to have any kind of comparison between Baba Hardev Singh Ji and Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj. He narrated his own experience and said, “Recently, I was to visit Kolkata for a spiritual tour, when suddenly Prachar Vibhag told me to change the programme and go to Port Blair in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Suddenly, I received a call from Port Blair saying that it was raining heavily which may cause difficulty in organising the congregations. But I told them that since Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji had destined it, we should not worry about weather and go ahead to organise congregations as per Programme from December 26, to 30, 2016. And as soon as I landed, the same Mahapursha who had come to the airport told me that weather was pleasant. So we had no problem during any congregation. This was because I trusted Satguru without any if and but.
Rev. Bhajan Singh Ji, Zonal Incharge Durg also endorsed what Rev. Raj Kapoor Ji had said and added that there is no difference in the principles or spiritual powers of Baba Hardev Singh Ji and Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji. If there is any shortcoming, it is our own. The world has already understood that Satguru Mata Ji will certainly take this great Mission to those heights where Baba Ji wanted to see it.
Shri Harbhajan Singh Ji, Mukhi Arujun Nagar, Delhi said that it is only by the grace of Satguru that we receive Brahm Gyan and then sing his praise. It is because of Satguru that we find our children following the path of devotion like Dhruva and Prahlad. It is Satguru who showers us with the spirit of love and cooperation and blesses with comforts and prosperity. And today, if we are enjoying physical health and spiritual bliss, it is because of the blessings of Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj.
Shri Zippi Mauji from Malviya Nagar, Delhi quoted Bhai Gurdas Ji and said the mother loves all her children, but her maximum care goes to the one who is still in her lap. This is because the youngest child is so Innocent that he depends for everything on mother. Similarly, Satguru showers all his blessings on those who completely surrender to him and rely on him.

The Sant Nirankari Mission organized its Annual Bhakti Parv Samagam at the Nirankari Spiritual Complex on GT Road between Samalkha and Gannaur in Haryana, on Sunday, January 15, 2017. It was for the first time presided over by Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj. The Samagam was attended by thousands of devotees of the Mission not only from all parts of Haryana but Delhi, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh also.
The Samagam was devoted to take inspiration from great devotees who lived their life in the light of God-knowledge and in complete submission to Satguru and his instructions. In this context a special mention was made about Shahenshah Baba Avtar Singh Ji, Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji, Baba Hardev Singh Ji and Nirankari Rajmata Kulwant Kaur Ji and also the large number of devotees who lived devotion and served as an example for others.
Addressing the Samagam Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj said:
“Saints, it is because of Baba Ji’s blessings that you have reached here from various places and are taking inspiration from the life of the past saints. Just now you heard about Bhai Sahib Santokh Singh Ji. Shahenshah Ji called him and asked him to stay at Sarovar. Immediately, he went home and told his family to get ready as they would now stay at Sarovar. Someone from the family, however, pointed out that the place has dense forest and there are many snakes. And during raining season every time there are floods. So, he suggested to consult Shahenshah Ji once again. But Bhai Sahib Santokh Singh Ji replied that it was his Satguru’s order where there are no ifs and buts. So, all will have to go and stay at Sarovar only.
Saints, Baba Ji used to give the example of a mother. The mother remains mother even if her child grows up and settles anywhere else in the world. Similar is the life of a saint. Wherever he stays, he lives with the feelings of devotion, humility, love and affection and shows the same path to others.
Saints, devotees are never escapists. They never become ascetics and go to jungles or hills to worship God. They follow the path of devotion while fulfilling their social responsibilities. They follow what they are told to do (by Satguru).
Saints, we see a caterpillar, a small insect which turns into a butterfly that flies so high. This is because it has complete faith in its creator. It is neither conscious about its physical form nor scared of any change. Let us also have such a life and live as per the will of God and show our devotion to Him. Bekal Ji used to say – You do may work and I shall do your work, and I shall pay a huge amount of money to you; this is not devotion. Saints, devotion has only one principle – In divine love we accept You and Your actions. So, let us be full of such devotion. Let us learn to flow as per His will as this does not need any effort, we just keep flowing with the flow. So, let us pray that we lead life as God desires, we lead life as Baba Ji desired.”
Earlier, the day-long Samagam was marked by speeches, songs and poems by learned saints of the Mission. They included Rev JRD ‘Satyarthi’ Ji President and Rev V.D. Nagpal Ji General Secretary of the Sant Nirankari Mandal, Rev K.R. Chadha Vice-Chairman of the Central Planning and Advisory Board and Rev Naranjan Singh Ji IAS (Retd) from Chandigarh. They said that mere receiving. God-knowledge is not enough, a true devotee has to obey Satguru also in letter and spirit.
During the Samagam Baba Ji’s daughter Sudiksha Setia Ji and Holy Sister Bindiya Chhabra Ji presented to Satguru Mata Ji the Second Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam World Peace Award – 2016 conferred upon Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj by the All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice. Rev Sudiksha Ji had received the award at a special function organized by the Council on December 10, 2016.
Satguru Mata Ji released four DVDs – 3 on the 69th Annual Nirankari Sant Samagam held in Delhi in November, 2016 and one containing Sufi Night Programme.
