"Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself."
On February 11, Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj left Paratwada for Nagpur. On the way, Her Holiness inaugurated the newly built Satsang Bhawan in Warda where a large number of devotees had already assembled. Blessings them, Satguru Mata Ji said:
“Saints, with the blessings of Baba Ji, we have got this beautiful place for Satsang, Sewa and Sumiran. We have to light the lamp of God-knowledge in every home. We have to embrace all as members of our own family without any kind of discrimination. Baba Ji always taught this to us. He ignored everybody’s faults and embraced all as his own. Let us also follow Baba Ji’s teachings.”
After blessing the devotees, Her Holiness left for Nagpur where the party arrived late at night.
In Nagpur, a vast congregation was organized in Reshambagh Ground. The devotees did not come from Maharashtra only, but from several places in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh also. Addressing the gathering, Her Holiness said:
“Saints, Baba Ji taught us to adopt devotion in its real meaning. He taught us the real meaning of devotion. A devotee always considers God as a potter while he himself is the clay. He seeks blessings from God to be able to mould himself as the Almighty desires, without any if or but. This is because the devotee knows that the potter (God) can give him a beautiful shape only if he (as clay) surrenders to him completely. And he is never scared because he knows that while hitting outside, the potter is holding him from within and He always saves him from cracking or breaking.
Saints, sometimes children also teach us a lot. A few days back, a 4 to 5 year old girl was saying – Change my heart and make it true so that I may be like you. You are the potter, I am the clay. Make me, shape me, the way you want me to be.
Saints, a devotee always prays that he may be filled with love in such a way that he becomes a walking image of love. Let my ego be removed so that only and only God dwells in me.
You must have listened what Shauq Sahib wrote – I and you exist together. This does not appear to be proper. I shall have to deny from my existence. So, a devotee always seeks to attain the state of Kabir Ji where he states – I have nothing my own in me, whatever is there, it belongs to you. So, when I give something to you, what do I lose? May God bless us with the state where the Almighty and Kabir Ji are one and no one is able to distinguish the one from the other.”
During the congregation, several speakers expressed their views. They included Holy Sister Sudiksha Ji, Shri Bhajan Singh Nirankari, Zonal Incharge Durg, Shri Harish Khubchandani, Zonal Incharge Ahmednagar and Smt. Raj Mami Ji and Shri Rakesh Mutreja Ji from Delhi. While the Bal Sangat children presented the welcome song, Shri Jhaman Dass Ji, Zonal Incharge Nagpur thanked Her Holiness.
Earlier, Satguru Mata Ji went round the two exhibitions put up at the venue of the congregation, one Bal Pardarshani and the other on the activities of the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation.
Her Holiness left Nagpur by train late at night and reached Delhi in the afternoon on February 13.
