The event was held in the Walter Mart shopping mall and saw attendance from saints who drove from different cities and regions of the country. The Indian and Filipino communities in and around the city also showed their support by attending the event and donating blood. In addition, the attending saints also managed to attract a good number of mall-going citizens to donate blood by making rounds around the facility and convincing people to donate blood. Members of the Sewadal, including the youngsters, also participated actively. They were holding placards to not only evoke curiosity in peoples' minds with regard to the event, but to attract donors as well.
