The Real Happiness

Happiness is an inside job. Happiness is a conscious choice; not an automatic response. Most people ask for happiness on condition. Happiness can be felt only if you don’t set any conditions. Happiness depends on us. Happiness in life depends on the quality of thoughts. Real happiness is in helping others. These are the sayings about happiness by learned personalities:

Many times, we lose so many opportunities of sharing happiness - good happenings in family, in business, or in our dealings with others or some good news, because we don’t share our worries, sorrows or grief with others. But not sharing tensions, they grow.

This happiness because we ignore that it does not cost anything to get happiness. It is not necessary to have fellowship evenings by spending money on food & drinks to gain happiness. Simple sharing joy being together is enough. There is a story of a boy who was always complaining about not having good shoes. He was always unhappy due to this. One day, he was found to be cheerful. There were no complaints about shoes that he wanted. His parents, brothers, sisters and friends were surprised. When asked, he said, "Till, now I was complaining about not having good shoes. Yesterday I saw a by who has lost both his legs in an accident. I felt, at least I am having both legs – forget about shoes.  I am lucky "That is all!”
