Satsang Programme in the Divine Presence of

Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj

Delhi: December 25, 2016

On Sunday, December 25, 2016, which happened to be the Christmas Day also, the congregation in Delhi was organized in the benign presence of Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj in Samagam Ground No. 8. Thousands of devotees from Delhi and surrounding areas participated. Blessing the devotees, Her Holiness said:

“Saints, today December 25 is the Christmas Day, which is being celebrated throughout the world and the teachings of Jesus Christ are being mentioned everywhere. If we adopt these teachings in our life, the world will definitely become a beautiful place to live. Keeping aside selfishness and ego, everybody may be able to help each other without any expectation.

Peace on earth will come to stay if we live Christmas every day. This is what Baba Ji expected from us also. Let us not only mention the teachings of saints, Gurus and prophets but adopt them in practice also.

Saints, children generally keep their socks outside on the eve of Christmas, so that when Santa Claus visits at night, he may put some gifts into the same. And the next day when they find the gifts in socks they feel happy and thank Santa Claus for the same.

Now, when we are grown up, do we thank God when we put on our socks in the morning? If we learn to express our gratitude to Nirankar each and every moment for each and every object granted by Him, our life will certainly become a celebration. And we shall be able to lead a happy and prosperous life.”

Earlier, addressing the congregation, one of the speakers, Rev Anita Ajmani Ji from Delhi said that we must remember the great contribution made by Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji Maharaj, whose birthday was on December 10, and who laid his life for the cause of humanity. Today, we are enjoying the bliss because of sacrifices made by various saints and Satguru himself. She referred to the teachings of Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj and said she has called upon every devotee to become a light-house (Roshan-Minar). May Satguru Mata Ji bless us all to adopt the teachings of the Mission in action also.

Rev Joginder Manchanda Ji from Gurgaon drew the attention of devotees towards the commandments of Satguru Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj about Simran. Baba Ji felt that Simran is lacking amongst devotees. There is no limitation imposed on doing Simran by the Mission but at the same time, it is expected that Simran is done every moment and with every breath. This is one of the basic requirements of devotion.

Rev Behn Jyoti Ji from Greater Kailash, Delhi said that Nirankari Rajmata Ji always taught us ‘Jeha Jo Beeje, Teha Phal Khaye’. Thus we should always seek happiness and bliss for everyone so that in return we will get the same for ourselves. The congregation of saints is a mine of happiness and bliss. We must first remove our habit of looking at shortcomings of others, then only we will be able to respect each other and then have love for one and all.
