Yoga is a physical (asana) and spiritual (dhyana) practice that focuses on synchronizing the breath (pranayama)
and movement to calm the physical body and mind.

: FREE 50 minute Yoga class taught by a certified yoga instructor.

No yoga experience necessary as we will emphasize on alignment and breathing techniques.

Anu Malhotra

Anu Malhotra

Anu has been a health care executive for the past 20 years. She has held management positions for large health care organizations such as Director of United Health Care and Vice President for Aetna US Health Care. Currently, she manages her rehab clinic. Anu is also a certified yoga teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner accredited by NAMA ( National Ayurvedic Medical Association).
She is also a co-founder of Power Of Breath, a non-for-profit charitable organization. She has lectured at several universities, corporations, and religious institutions in USA. Her extensive knowledge of the human body/mind relationship and her simple yet powerful holistic approach towards health makes her  a great teacher. Anu is well regarded and recognized for her humility and love for humanity.

   
Yash Chaudhary

200 Hours Certified Yoga Teacher

Yash has been accounting professional and practicing Yoga and Meditation for last fifty years.
Anita Rawal

Anita Rawal is a certified yoga teacher from Himalaya yoga and meditation center. She has been practicing yoga from the last 15 years.
She loved the physical benefits of yoga but as her commitment deepened she realized the mental, emotional and spiritual fulfillment that comes with dedicated focus. She encourages her students to follow their breath and let their practice find inner peace.
