Yet in this world of war and hate,
It seems like a leap too far
To just stop and appreciate.

What we have is not ours-
It was never, and never will be.
So why don't we treat life
Like the gift it is, to you and me?

Just one caring act, just one simple seva
Will add sunshine to brighten your day
It'll banish the clouds of negativity
And will positively change your ways.

Just a kind gesture of some sort
To spread the love and show you care
Would be a precedent for those
Whom it would be a crime they wouldn't dare.
