With the blessings of Satguru Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj, Sant Nirankari Mission was invited to an event hosted by Interfaith Network on the New Year’s Eve (December 31, 2011). Nine different faiths and organizations including Baha’i faith, Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Judaism, gathered together with the purpose of spreading love and harmony among people. The event also served as a platform to get acquaintance with other organizations’ activities and philosophy. Members of each organization offered prayers for prosperity and happiness in the coming year.

Sant Nirankari Mission was represented at the event by 6 local saints. Amit Oberoi briefly introduced the Mission and its ideology to the attendees. New Year message by His Holiness was also reiterated for the benefit of all. Dinesh Saini Ji accompanied by other local saints offered a prayer to the almighty God in which everyone participated with great zeal.  The event concluded with a 2.5 miles walk followed by potluck dinner.
