A blood donation camp was held at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Faridkot on October 01, 2011.  Even though 160 Sewa Dal volunteers and other devotees of the Sant Nirankari Mission offered to donate blood, the blood collecting team received 80 units only.  The other donors were kept on waiting list. Shri Harsimran Tehsildar Faridkot also donated blood.

The camp was inaugurated by Shri Mohan Lal Additional Deputy Commission Faridkot, while Shri Bakshish Singh D.S.P Faridkot, Shri Harsimran Tehsildar and Shri S.P. Duggal Zonal Incharge Bathinda were also present to encourage the donors.

The occasion was marked by a Seminar on Blood Donation in which about 150 representatives of various NGOs participated.  The Seminar was also inaugurated by Shri Mohan Lal A.D.C., Faridkot.

Shri VP Singh Parmukh Faridkot and Shri Madan Lal Chawla Kshetiya Sanchalak Faridkot thanked the VIPs and NGOs and also the doctors team.
