Enthusiastic social welfare activities by Sant Nirankari Mission in Mumbai found further momentum with a blood donation camp at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Dadar and a medical check-up camp at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Kranti Nagar, Kandiwali East on Sunday, June 11, 2011.  While 180 devotees of the Mission donated their blood, 248 patients benefitted from the Medical Check-up Camp.

With this blood donation camp at Dadar, the Blood Donation Drive by the Mission is Mumbai entered its third face.  This was the 7th Blood Donation Camp taking the total collection of blood to 1488 units since April this year.  The Blood Bank of K.E.M Hospital collected the blood at Dadar.

In the Medical Check-up Camp, free medicines were distributed on behalf of the Mission.  Three doctors for General Check-up, and one Specialist each for Eye Check-up, Gynaec and Paediatric rendered their services.  Local Mukhi of the Mandal Rev. Vasant Ranaware along with Sector Incharge, Kanshi Ram made necessary arrangements.
