On the 16th August, 2010 the Mayor of Sandwell Councillor Pauline Hilton invited Respected Gobind Singh (Chairmen of the Central Planning and Advisory Board, SNM) to her Parlour in Sandwell. Rev Gobind Singh Ji was warmly received by the Mayor together with a delegation of devotees who accompanied him. The Mayor and Rev Gobind Singh Ji discussed the noble aims and objectives of the Foundation and the Honourable Mayor offered her support and assistance in future in any way that the Foundation deemed appropriate in respect of supporting Projects.

The message of Nirankari Baba Hardev Singh Ji was discussed with Councillor Hilton of how Spirituality can bring change to human thinking and engage positivity in Community Life, which the Honourable Mayor was interested to learn about. Respected Gobind Singh also invited the Mayor to visit the Mission on future visits to India.
