A zone-level English Medium Samagam was held in Amritsar on July 10, 2010.  Besides English knowing saints from Amritsar and other places in Batala Zone, many delegates came from other branches in Punjab also.  In all 21 branches participated in the Samagam.   About 4000 devotees attended the Samagam.

The Samagam was marked by speeches, songs, skits and poems dealing with various themes based on the philosophy of the Mission.  The subjects highlighted included: Need to follow the Master's word, he resolves all doubts; human life and its purpose; mankind as one family; peace and not pieces; and importance of divine knowledge.

While Rev Naranjan Singh Ji IAS (Retd.) presided over the Samagam, the other distinguished saints who graced the occasion included Rev H.S. Nirman from Chandigarh, Rev Shyam Lal Garg from Delhi, holy sister Niranjan Ji, Rev Sukhdev Ji and Prof. Rajkumar Sethi Ji.  While addressing the gathering Rev Naranjan Singh Ji stressed the need for God-knowledge as also the importance of Sewa, Satsang and Simran.  He described God-knowledge as the grace of the True Master of the day and called upon everyone  to seek it and thus make life beautiful.

Stressing the need for promoting English Medium Sangat, Rev Naranjan Singh Ji said that besides showering the blessings of Sadh Sangat the youth received a good base for their future careers.

In the end Rev A.S. Sandhu, Zonal Incharge, Batala thanked the Amritsar branch, the participants and all other saints for making the Samagam successful.
