





As a gesture of gratitude to Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji and
other saints who laid down their lives for truth, love,
peace and human unity, the Sant Nirankari Mission Düsseldorf
committee members. (Rev. Sumit Singh, Rev. C.M. Arora and
Rev. Sharanjit Singh) and other saints arranged the first
blood donation camp in Germany AT Düsseldorf. The camp
started on April 17, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in a very peaceful
atmosphere. About 30 volunteers were tested for the
eligibility for blood donation donated their blood. With the
coordination of the Red Cross Society, it was a
well-organised camp. The director of Red Cross Society,
Düsseldorf showed keen interest in the Nirankari Mission's
background and thanked all the volunteers for their effort.
Mr. Satish Kumar Lugani from Manwa Bharti who is also
Director of Indian Cultural Society Düsseldorf and owner of
the Hindu Temple attended the camp along with his gracious
wife. They appreciated the spirit of devotion, love and
faith with which the volunteers donated their blood.
After the Blood donation camp all the members attended
the Germany’s first "open air Congregation" in Düsseldorf’s
central Park. The devotees expressed their views through
devotional songs and speeches. Rev. Rajinder Singh from
Cologne explained that Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji was one of
those great masters who lived and died for the noble cause
of human unity through spiritual awakening.
