A blood donation camp was organized by the Sant Nirankari Mission's branch in Trilokpuri, Delhi on Sunday, June 6, 2010.   As many as 218 devotees of the Mission donated their blood.

Organized in the local Satsang Bhawan, the blood donation camp was inaugurated by the Finance Minister of Delhi Government Dr. Ashok Walia.  Counselors of the are Smt. Anjana Parcha and Shri Sharanjit Sharma, and other social leaders Shri K.G. S. Batra,  and Shri Harish Gola also attended the camp and encourage the donors.  The Mission was represented by Shri C.L. Gulati Secretary, Sant Nirankari Mandal and Brig. (Retd.) Shamsher Singh, Member Incharge Medical and Social Welfare Department.

Dr. Ashok Walia appreciated the contribution being made by the Mission in the field of  social welfare as also the spirit of devotion and dedication with which the donors came forward.

The blood collecting team came from L.N.J.P. Hospital Delhi.  Every care was taken to ensure pollution free environment as also the pre-donation tests and post-donation care.  Snacks etc. to the donors were provided by the Branch.
